It's circumstantial. If you're a young OR irresponsible, I would say it's better to nip it in the butt. You don't want to have piles of children in orphanages, I see that as even worse. there are requirements for raising a HUMAN BEING that can't be taken lightly and you have to be prepared for that if you have a baby. Children take up lots of money and time, and if you're lacking in either of those it's probably not wise for you to keep it. ON THE OTHER HAND. I don't support women going for the fifth time as some form of birth control. If you are stable enough to keep the child, then I think you should keep it.

[04] Do you think a country would fail with a female president?
LOLOLOL I want to make a sexist joke so badly, but no, I don't.
that doesn't mean I'd want Hillary fuckin Clinton in office, but there's intelligent women.

[05] Do you believe in the death penalty?
Well, I guess I do. I mean, there are some crimes that are worth that penalty, but I still feel for some of the criminals. I've never had a family member on death row, so that could be a changing factor. Also, I live in Texas which probably has the highest rate of executed people in the states. But when I feel bad for them, I just think about how they can have any meal they want before they're sent off. That makes me feel a tad better.

[06] Do you wish marijuana would be legalized already?
HOLY SHIT DEAR GOD YES, LET ME PREACH WHY. For one, pot heads are still going to be pot heads regardless of how illegal weed is. If you take the crime out of it, it is true that the negativity of it will go down. It wont DISAPPEAR, but back when alcohol was banned there was many underground dealings happening with it and it cause a fuckton of uproars. It's not nearly half as bad now as it was then. Yeah, if it were legal then you'd have your small spike in first time users wanting to try it out, but it will die down with a little time. Also, the damage done by smoking marijuana is significantly lowered if you filter the smoke [bong] and in comparison to some other drugs, quite low in risks. A rather important reason in my book is that seriously. Do you realize how many pot smokers are out there? A LOT. So think about it. You legalize marijuana, you can now sell it. Slap a syntax on it. America could make so much money off of weed, we could be out of debt in close to two years. God knows we need the money right now.

[07] Are you for or against premarital sex?
PFFF, live your life. Duh, there's risks to SLEEPING AROUND, but it's your freedom and your choice if you want to mess around a bit before settling down. It's not up to me to say how others should dictate their life.

Hmmm, that's a rather hard one.
I do believe that there is "spirits" or "ghosts" if you will, but I will say that religion is hard to fallow in these skeptical days. I do know, though, if me or someone I loved were in a life or death situation, I would pray and hope to someone.

[09] Do you think same sex marriage should be legalized?
YES.
Don't even get me started on the whole issue.
When I was in 7th grade, I presented for 45 minutes in front of my class about my views on gay marriage and they haven't changes since.

[10] Do you think it's wrong that so many Hispanics are illegally moving to the USA?
Yes. We're already in debt, taxes are intense, health care is limited, and people need jobs. I know it's not fair to be born without opportunity, but a country can crash under these conditions. It feels a little imposing and I know that it may take years to get the OK into America, but the system is in place for a reason and the amount of people coming in and out needs to be regulated.

[11] A twelve year old girl has a baby, should she keep it?
I'm sorry, but I'm really leaning towards no. There are missing factors in this question that would change my opinion including the family's income, the personality of the child, the appearance or absence of the father, and the living standards. The chances of a 12 year old girl having the maturity level to raise a child is extremely low, but not impossible. If we are thinking very typical, however, I'm going to have to go with no.

[12] Should the alcohol age be lowered to eighteen?
I don't think so. During the period between the world wars [but not limited to this particular time], the drinking age in America fluctuated a few times and at times was lowered to 18 for the obvious reason that if you're fighting for America as a young man, you should be allowed to drink as well. It was also proven that the rate of crashes went up and there's was higher death rates. We already have minors drinking illegally, and if you bring the age limit down, not only are you letting those already young drinkers allowed to, but the minors [17 and under] will only dip to a lower age. Some people make the argument that in some other countries, you can drink at, say, 16. Sorry, but do you know how many Germanys can fit in America? You have to think in relativity to population.

[13] Should the war in Iraq be called off?
Um. I thought it already [technically] was.
if by this you mean pull out our TROOPS, then no. I support the troops as much as I can from home with money and prayer, but they're needed there to help rebuild the country. Some people think we're imposing on them, and I think that if they don't want us there then that's their choice, but the fact is that stability is immensely needed over there and we're currently the only country to this day who has blown up a country and put it back together afterward to avoid situations like WWII. For those of you who think we should have never gone IN Iraq, I think it was needed. Our country had been attacked, many people died and even more were left scared. As a major power, there is an image we must maintain and if we would have backed down to terrorism then we would only be showing a weakness that we couldn't allow, otherwise the war would have been bigger. The situation had to be assuaged and the American people needed to feel safer.

[14] Assisted suicide is illegal: do you agree?
BUHHH BUHHH BUHHHHHH, I don't support suicide ever, let alone someone who wants to LIVE helping them. It's not like trying to help someone you couldn't, YOU HELPED THEM KILL THEMSELVES. I mean, yeah, they wanted it, but you're still kind of. killing them.

[15] Do you believe in spanking your children?
WELL, I AM BLACK. So there's some bias.
Yes, I do. I don't believe in BEATING your children, but everyone learns through discipline. My cat claws the couch, I'm going to scold her. She's not supposed to. my cat claws at my door and keeps me awake all night, I'm going to spank her. The severity of the action needs equivalent punishment. With the way children think, though, you cannot be surprised if you are the disciplining parent and your child(ren) spends more time with the other parent because they don't want to get in trouble around you. When I was in trouble, I ran to my mom because my dad would tag me. I'm so racist, lol.

[16] Would you burn an American flag for a million dollars?
I'd feel BAD WHILE DOING IT, because even though our government is a little [insert word of choice], I love where and how I live in this country, BUT YES. I would shamefully burn an american flag for a million dollars. It's a symbol and symbols do mean a love, but it's not like I'm torching the capitol. Plus, a million dollars is a lot of money. A girl's gonna have her desires. >:

SORRY TO ANYONE WHO DISAGREES. Obama. Obama just recently passed the bill about student loans being collected straight by the federal government which means my dad will be out of a job soon, but that doesn't mean I'm going to hate him for it. he seemed more equipped for the job and there was many things McCain supported that I did not. Plus he was just rude in discussion on TV, he kept interrupting even though Obama didn't interrupt him [bias comment] and that's just rude. >:T
