headaches ensue for the new year....

as well as pains in my lower posterior area to say the least.
a brief recap of 2010 is in order though, since my last journal was about 6 or so months ago.
First off, the new and experimental surgery I had done on me back in September went so well it was unfathomable by the surgeons and the cardiologists. for lack of a better term, when I got the new generator unit inside my chest they ended up placing a secondary wire into me which allows for conductivity to the other side of my heart- thus allowing it to pump more efficiently and with a much stronger beat then usual. during my time under the knife, they tried literally shocking me into cardiac arrest using the two wires inside my body. the test proved to have yielded intriguing and incredibly interesting results, because of the fact that the high amount of voltage coursing through my body at the time didn't even make my heart seize for even a millisecond. afterwords, they stitched and surgical glued my carcass back together and sent me on my way after a hellish night in the hospital.
September yeilded yet another activation date past, and though I am older by one year I am not quite certian that I am all the wiser due to me dealing with various stressful issues. on the plus side, I'm glad that Jenryu and I have built up our relationships with a new found friend we met at last year's RMFC, an individual known as Sangesan. October yielded a wonderful All Hallows, despite various vexations caused by a few individuals to whom I will be addressing later in my journal.
November through december were a bear of a time that taxed me to the bone because of a death in the family. through many stressful days I endured familial political slings and arrows for people bickering and vieing for neutrality and equality between my grandmother's three daughters- one of whom is my mother. needless to say, familial feuds are still being plucked at every now and again, much like dueling banjos and pot shots taken by each side by black powder rifles... and it appears that multiple years might pass before one of my elders realizes that it would behoove her to allow such a grudge to pass on and lay it to rest in consecrated ground, sealed in a steel coffin and buried under six feet of cement.
January after the new year WAS going well until about a week and a half ago, and this is where my vexations started to come to a boil. I had recently acquired a job, finally, after about 5 years of un-employment at an establishment on Tennyson street which requires me to catalogue all the inventory in the business and place items for sale up on Craigslist and some on E bay. Simple, right? Well, Not so fast there folks. There's a lot of issues when no one has taken inventory of the stock in the SIX ROOMS in over 30 some odd YEARS. hence, I've got my hands full. on top of that, a social situation with an individual on FA (who, because of the personal ethics of the writer of this journal, will remain nameless for posterity sake) has erupted into an all out idiotic rage and fueled me to write this to clarify such things. but first, a bit of background on the topic.
if anyone remembers my journal titled "More epic a fight then the battle at Mordor...." that I transcribed a while back, you'd remember the fact that I had mentioned two roommates of my current girlfriend, Jenryu. Those roommates had moved down to Texas in order to take care of their business, verbally bequeathing Jenryu and I everything par from ONE item that was theirs to the two of us litterally saying "Aside from the PHP (player's hand book) with the cloth cover, the rest of this stuff is yours to do with as you will. Sell or get rid of whatever you need to in order to make ends meet." and then promptly booked it for southern territories. well, consiquently, they moved back after about 3 and a half months of being down there. During that time, we had been served an eviction notice by the landlord of the complex indicating that we had to vacate EVERYTHING from her previous place of residence. EVERYTHING was pulled curbside, and at that point by knowledge of Colorado state law, it was fair game for ANYONE to salvage regaurdless of prior claims by the previous owners. WE, Jenryu and I, salvaged the articles and stored them so that we could bring them to her new domicile to sort out later. Time passed, and issues began to rise due to the fact that one or the other of Jenryu's previous room mates wanted various things back.
Now, here's the skinny, by my knowledge of Legal accounts, given the time frame they were away and the fact that not only did they verbally bequieth those articles to the both of us, plus the eviction notice that was issued, ALL those items left behind are LEGALLY ours by all extent of the law. Jenryu and I have had multiple discussions on the matter and we are fine with giving them back items that WE DO NOT WANT, such as the tub of one of the room mates crap his dad forgot to take with him and his father's dremel parts that we could find, as well as a Sailor moon RPG book, a few CDs that were asked about, and the aformentioned PHP. that's no issue whatsoever to return to them, and we will gladly have a NEUTRAL third party procure them so that they can get back to them. The rest of the items within our posession WILL stay in our posession because we legally own them. period. end of story.
the second part of this vexation is that while I was conversing with one of the room mates over FA notes, I asked a simple question that was not malicious in any way. She responded with blowing the whole thing out of proportion because she thought I was trying to get her kicked out and or black-listed with her boyfriend of a convention that Jenryu and I attend. Frankly, that was never the case and I am appealed that the people in question didn't ask ME directly to clarify such issues. Furthermore, one of them even went so far to try and emotionally wound me, only to have such an action cause Jenryu to have an emotional breakdown for five hours where she cried her eyes out. Now, I'm personally fine with them being seemingly pissed at me. I frankly don't care about their "new found friends said to replace me". I can safely say without shades of doubt or regret that I respect their decisions on such matters as they are logical and mature. What I do not ever condone is collateral damage against the people I care about, including but not limited to taxing someone who is ALLREADY busy with prior business with such trivial matters of the ego. If you want to be pissed at me, then fine. Just have enough moral and ethical honor not to try and take it out on other people because of petty rage.
this being said, I have now therapeutically vented for EVERYONE to see, and for everyone's record who reads this I still will stick by my statement that I will still be civil if the four of us see each other in any convention venue. I'm also going to blatently state that I'm not so brazen or stupid to try and coerce the convention staff to black list anyone unless I can provide VALID LEGAL PROOF that the individuals in question are detrements to someone in the con or to the con itself. Jenryu and I are severing our connections post haste as per the agreement, and unless either of you contact us, this will be my last communication to everyone on this subject. In return for all the vexations in the past though, I am requesting three things from the two room mates in question for Jenryu's and Mine's posterity sake.
1: I formally request that the main technical consultant of the Ironclaw and Jadeclaw suppliments labeled on the sanguine Yahoo group in post 18907, titled "The Cursed Art of Crimson: Blood Magic" and "The Arts of the Ink and Needle: The Tribal arts of Mage Weave tattoos." please discontinue work on the applicable suppliments because of two reasons:
1: the information you have currently is woefully out of date due to research that I have conducted over the course of 1 year and six months, and untill I finish the final compilations of the suppliments to Sanguine's Yahoo group, it would be greatly appreciated if there was no conflicting data circulating on the topics.
2: While you will be credited with helping out in the initial design and the work you have assisted with on the projects, both the GM and I, the initial designer have come to realize that your services were greatly appreciated yet no longer needed.
2: I reiterate my and Jenryu's past requests that you desist the usage of our personal intellectual properties that we have created, IE: various RPG characters we have built for various groups in the past that you were in.
3: we respectfully request that all communication between the two parties cease, with no calls, e mails, Instant messages or Notes of any kind- a corollary to this request is that all personal contact information for both parties not be circulated at all and immediately be deleted so as to avoid further confrontation.
