Heavy metal playlist #6000

This list might be a little exhausting, but I recommend you listen to all of it. In installments, maybe? Most of it is relatively new.
Possessed - "Death Metal" The first American death metal record*
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aKxzrjlvXTM
Taake - "Over Bjoergvin Graater Himmerik I" My favorite traditional Scandanavian Black Metal band besides Windir who disbanded after their singer's death from being lost in a snowstorm.

Lantlos - "Pulse/Surreal" Boundary exploring.

The Body - "Even saints knew their hour of failure and loss" Seriously surreal and beautiful.

Watain - "Malfeitor" One of the best bands in existence. Their new record is stunningly brutal.

Wintersun - "Death and Healing" Love love love this band. This song has the best solo on the record.

Christian Mistress - "Agony and Opium" Riffs!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpRfeKKPubA
Cobalt - "Gin" Great menacing stuff.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnHj.....eature=related
The Lord Weird Slough Feg - "Free Market Barbarian" More riffs!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kL2I.....eature=related
Dawnbringer - "Old Wizard" Wonderful chemistry. Beautifully simple.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9EUH.....eature=related
Agalloch - "Ghost of midwinter fires" One of the best American Black Metal bands. This new album could have been so banal, but they did a fantastic job.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJ3g.....eature=related
Spawn of Possession - "Sour Flow" Not necessarily new, but one of the best and least boring American tech-death bands.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xIoL0yXkCw
Stratovarius - "Eagleheart" Pretty sure I've posted this before, but no worries. LOVE this song, and after all that black and death metal we need something uplifting to carry us home.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2HhJkOsFus
*Up to debate weather Possessed's Seven Churches, Necrophagia's Season of the Dead or Death's demo tapes were the first death metal album.

The Body is crazy weird and I love it.
I need more Watain yessssss
Wintersun? Symphonic, melodic, epic, and oh my god that solo! I'll take that x3
Dawnbringer is so nice and sludgy, with all that reverb on the vocals <3 Can't seem to find a place to download this album though.
Spawn of Possession is right up my alley for death metal. I don't bother with it much if there isn't interesting guitar work. IMO the lack of vocal melody needs to be made up for in some way. This was great though
Anyway thanks! I had a feeling this would be good so I'm glad I finally got around to checking this stuff out. I've got like 6 new albums to listen to now hehe
I haven't listened to much black metal at all until very recently. I've always been into progressive stuff, so maybe a month or so ago I came across some proggy black metal (the albums Blackjazz by Shining, and After by Ihsahn) and it's sorta been my gateway drug. Glad to have some more good music!
