Fursuit Question...

Well... two actually...
I have a Fennec Fox head base (or it's supposed to be) that I'm trying to fix, have been trying to fix since mid-October and I'm about ready to throw in the towel on it... the ears seem too small and the muzzle too long/narrow... I'll be making a vid of how it looks as soon as I can figure out wtf I did with my point and shot camera... the new "professional" camera doesn't have video on it as I didn't want to pay the extra $150 for it. >.> I a) need someone to seriously critique the hell out of it and tell me what to fix or b) tell me an easier way to remake it on a balaclava base (it's balaclava now btw) or c) tell me who I can commission almost stupidly cheap to make a new head base for me with a moving jaw and eye wells deep enough for follow me eyes.
The other question is...
Easiest way to make a realistic horse head for a suit. O.o;;; Moving jaw preferred... addicted to the moving jaws. >.>; The horse head will be a black Arabian. >.>
Wanting to get off my ass and get both of these worked on and finished ASAP. *head desk*
Any and all suggestions/advice is welcome! ;_;

I personally find that the balaclava method with extra straps of waistband material around the jaw is a great way to start for excellent movement, and then use grey packing foam instead of upholstery foam if you can. a feather spray foam adhesive works best, and for realistic eye's i'd say go for some cast resin ones, two stuck together make excellent 3d-ness. Other than that, draw around your styrofoam head, draw the front full on view and full profile views of how you want it to look, then chop up chunks of the foam to fit the approximate areas on the drawings. trying it on frequently is a must :) and get a good fake fur :)
