Alright, something that wasn't mentioned in Kitsuno's Journal is that I will be in the lobby around 2PM-3PM so that we can get all those who are wondering where to go for the cub room. If you are possibly or will NOT going to be at the con around this time but will be later in the day/weekend PLEASE let me know!

"So the cub room started out being this "hey we are gonna have like 20 to 30 people" kind of thing and unfortunately its kind of well fizzled out to a lot less so rather than have two rooms we're just gonna have one.

So far who's going to be there:

Me, Jeffy, Hexoad, Shoogy, Zarrix, Paddercat, and Yahtzee as far as I am aware

So the overall cost would be $240 so it would break down to $40 a person


Also here are the rules reposted:

1. If you decide to be padded no number 2. We want to make sure everyone is comfortable (Unless you have medical attention needed here. We'll make sure to arrange accordingly)
2. No bringing in any friends who aren't staying in the room that either me, Shoogy, Hexxy, Jeffy, Pawz, or Maxxie approve of. We don't want anything uncomfortable or bad drama to happen
3. No yiffing, we are keeping this a sex free room.
4. We absolutely have to have your payment for the hotel before we get there or when we get there, we won't take payment afterwards (No exceptions)
5. There is no guarantee you'll get to sleep on a bed the entire time we are there, so please bring accommodations (sleeping bag and/or air mattress with pillows)
6. If you break anything in the room you will be paying whatever fine is involved.
7. No alcohol as we will have underagers in the room and we do not want someone going to jail. (Smoking is forbidden as well in the room)
8. If you have any special accommodations you'll need (medical or otherwise) let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure everything works out (and so that we don't have anyone dying :P).

We should be arriving on Friday around the noon times if not sooner and getting settled in. Given we may shoot for earlier just so we can get more con in but we will see. Also we will be checking out on Sunday.
