Here are the facts. Nowhere on the TOS does it say that you must post a thumbnail to warn others of extreme content.
However, on some adult pictures without thumbnails, I have seen people who harass the artist for not warning them.
I believe that if you clicked on content that didn't suit you, it is your fault.

It is good to use a thumbnail to warn of others; I'm just concerned on how people make total shit if there isn't one.
