My friend is horrible at shooting game, and he happen to be playing COD black ops at my house. Well needless to say the idiot throw out a frag grenade and ending up throwing it to high. Long story short he his the frame of the window he was throwing it out of and it came back and killed him. He died by his own weapons. lol
