Those optimized avatars consist of 4 poses:
Idle -> Ears back -> Close eyes -> Open Mouth/Nom
They are not restricted to those 4 but keep in mind the size of the gif. More poses could increase the size by a lot. They contain 4 frames for each pose.
For a 100x100 Pixel Animated icon with 4 Poses of 4 frames each is just $5!
we can discuss if you want more stuff like more poses and/or smoother movement (more frames per pose).
Note : They look great for msn!

not really. but it would help a lot. If you could give me a very detailed description of the head could work or a description writen in simple english (english is not my first langauge ^^")
