"Why does Mountain Dew White Out look like Crux Spooge?" ~Lormyr
lately, I have been having an issue with what species to be. I tried to choose something I like, but now I am stuck between fox, hare, and skunk. I asked a few people, in IM's what they think, and really didn't help any. So, now, I figured I should make a journal to have a sorta poll what people think I would be. And, I have to ask, try to give a reason you think of me as that species, and some reason I'm not one of the other ones.
So, vote: 1. For Fox, 2. For Skunk, 3. For Hare, or 4. For *Other.
*Other: Name whatever you want, ferret, otter, weasel, hyena, whatever you think comes to mind I could be. Though the same request stands, try to give a reason why you think I fit that species, and some reasons why I don't fit the other species in your opinion.
Also, the majority of the votes doesn't mean I'll be that species, this is more just to see what people say and feel. Though the side with the best opinion(s) may win, even if it's the minority. Not that I expect this to get many people commenting, consdiering people seem unable to even try to think up a good reason, other than "cute, fluffy, big tail :3" or "that pic you showed me with that one species doing this other thing seemed more like you." And the most often thing I have heard lately, "I dunno."

Ferrets are too jittery. You seem to not be.
Foxes, just no. Very few people I've met I've been able to say "ARE" a fox.
Skunks are pretty laid back. Chill. Calm. Yet insane. Totally you.
This is Roj, BTW.
To me, this seems to really fit well which is part of why I've always liked it. I'm usually not one for hybrids but this one works well for you. To me, you seem to be a fairly laid back person with simple and down to earth goals in life and very much into your own little Zen space which is quite ottery of you if you ask me. Though, you have another side of you that I also see that tends to over focus quite easily on your concerns and can be timid, withdrawn, or even bitey at times, especially when others throw you off your groove. Very ferret of you and honestly the ferret seems really well suited to your gothic style with your piercings.
As far as the both otters and ferrets go, the combination of bursts of high energy and attention with periods of relative laziness seems to fit you to a T.
I can't really see you as a skunk, I don't see you as being aggressively antisocial like that. Most skunks I know tend to keep all their feelings to themselves and rarely share anything personal or sometimes even talk to others. That doesn't seem like you at all since you're a lot more sensitive then that even if you're rather shy. Skunks aren't shy either, they'll tell you exactly what's on their mind and how things should be done.
I can't really see you as a fox either, they're a lot more outgoing then you are, beyond that I don't know but it just doesn't seem to "fit" you. Sadly I can't really pinpoint exactly what quality foxes have that most people lack. Canines have their own mindset and it's a very simple one in general. To me, it seems you're more thoughtful and reserved then the average canine by far.
Hare. Well, for one I don't see you as an herbivore at all. Bunnies are cute until it hurts because they must always be the center of attention and appreciation. Hares are angry and manipulative bunnies at least this is the picture painted by the source art I saw for the whole Hare thing. This just seems very unlike you.
