A paradox. Do Chakats on the Computer have cybernetic souls?
When you shut your machine off, do they still continue on with their busy little lives?

Speaking in a purely logical stand point.. Chakats are creatures of the imagination. They exist more in the mind then on the computer. The computer, as well as can pen and paper can be used to capture their exploits, and their features, and when the computer is turned off the Data still exist unless the computer is destroyed, or the paper or other medium is destroyed. Thus the Chakat does live on in the mind of the person who created them or has a character that is a Chakat. So yes, even if the computer is turned off, as long as the person retains those memories... the chakat lives on...

In the Event of say... Benard Doove passes on unexpectedly, ChaKat Goldfur WILL live on, as a beloved charcter in the hearts, minds, and souls of all furries who love the chakats!
