hope you get better! why can´t you breath while sleeping? i mean, i have heard lots of things on peeps with sore throats, but never something like yours
I think i might have a sinus infection, my nose is all plugged up Dx and i could breathe through my mouth, but it just makes the sore throat worse XD;
1-get a bowl
2-get some water and boil it
3-get a towel and put it in ur head (looks derpy, i know x3)
4-pour the water in the bowl and cover both u and the bowl with the towel, and let the steam get in your nose, that way it will slowly unplug
:O i could recommend eating spicy things, but that will get ur sore throat worse.
i hope this awesome method for unplugging noses helps!
