wowza, that took a while. I'm gonna have to agree with Vixfox, that law has come a while ago. (thank gods and everyone with asthma or other breathing imparement will agree with me.) but to be perfectly honest, I don't think it was ever legal to smoke indoors... :S unless it was a bar or restaraunt, that is... but now no more. :3 NO MORE SMOKING SECTION HUZZAH!!!!!!!

Tennessee is so backwards. Yes, I'm allowed to say that - I lived there for 7 years. -u.u- I left, thankfully, before they passed this. But now'm in the State that made headlines for government failure. Guess where I live? ->.>-

Wow, where'd you read/hear/(verbed) this? That's great, as the smoke really hurts my eyes and makes them water pretty badly. I also had a teacher who was seriously allergic to tobacco smoke so that would be good news for her. Either way, HOORAY! Now if and when I go around in Tennessee I don't have to ask for non-smoking cause it'll ALL be non-smoking!
