Help!!! I got a virus from Kusho! I think...

I got a file from Kusho, supposedly and it tried to goe to all my online contacts. I belive it's a virus what can I do? Should I delete it? Move it to a flash drive and destroy it?
use a virus scan and spyware scan
it might not be the solution though
