Recently Joinds a gym! Need bulking up Tips!

I just joined a gym near my house and I was just hoping some people here would have tips for me to bulk up. ^^

You need to push yourself if you wanna get larger for instance say you normally bench press 60 pounds take it up a step and after 1 or 2 sets of using that push yourself putting 5 or 10 extra pounds on each side then do 10 or 20 reps (depending on how brave/confident you are) and remember always have a spotter when lifting stuff like that dont want you getting hurt ^^

I don't have a gym partner generally so I use mostly machines.

Well they have a lot. Vertical/Incline/decline Chest presses. Delt Fly, a row of bicep machiens though I use dumbbells for that.. um Seated Leg presses, Lat pull down, fixed lat pull down, low row machines and many others I have not be introduced to. Oh and the torso rotation machine. ^^ I use free weights too.

Do they have the circut training? a bunch of machines lind up in a circle? the gym i went to had this really amazing thing where a bunch of exersize machines were in a circle and you had to spend 45 seconds on each machine then after the 45 seconds are up switch to the next one then so on and so forth its really good cardio and muscle training as well if you do it right
