`*:;,.★ ~☆・:.,;* Moon Prism Power, Make Up! *;,.:・☆~ ★.,;:*` If a girl, let’s say 15 years of age, makes herself available on a site for 18+, meets up with a guy and subsequently has sex she regretted later or says she was raped, do you think the girl is at just as much fault at the male for lying about her age and posting on said 18+ site, or is the girl always innocent and the guy always guilty.
FA+

The reason I ask is because every couple weeks or so I see a story on the news where a girl would put herself in this situation, and in the end, the guy is always seen punished, where as the girl get no punishment what so ever even though she LIED.
The boy however, should also have been careful and made sure he knew the age of the girl before doing anything. Checking ID works wonders. However, that is not how our society works.
Now, if the man really DID force himself on her, then he is held accountable. If he forced himself on her and KNEW she was underage, then there is no doubt he is accountable. However the situation you're describing sounds like the guy did not know and it was consensual. Therefor I don't think the guy should be held accountable for anything other than not verifying the age of the girl.
So if the age of consent is 18+ then the guy should use the brain in his head to check for ID instead of making a stupid mistake, let the blood flow to the brain before the penis.
In the two hours of waiting, one guy killed himself over it. They came back to tell them that they weren't being charged due to the fact that the girls had done this multiple times and caused problems for other guys too.
I don't ever believe that it is always just the guys fault. Girls can be just as evil and vindictive. I think there should be some law of protection when it is a venue that is supposed to be 18+. Unless of course the man DID use force, then that's just rape.
