Upgrades to my fursona
..."upgrades" is a rather geeky word to use, but oh well :P
So the Dolphin me has a new description! Was based in an RP, and I loved the idea. In the RP...
Some background: The humans are some sort of furry haters, and in this case, they attacked a dolphin city, which was about 50 meters deep in the ocean. A quite recent city, as they left the other city which was located 200 meters deep, in a darker and old cave, only could be accessed for those who knew its location. As the years passed, it could not accommodate anymore the growing society.
As a form of liberation of the somehow conservative and secret society, they decided to build another city, bigger, which could also be used as the beginnings of the interaction with other beings who didn't live underwater.
The city grew, in size and knowledge, for 15 years. But one day, the already known human hate for any anthropomorphic society made them attack our city. Their ships surrounded us, and we, who didn't have any kind of defense systems, tried to escape.
Many died, others escaped but not for long, maybe lost. Some of them managed to regroup in the other old city, which was somewhat abandoned, but still partially operational, and have been hiding ever since, too scared to come out and try to regain our lost city, continuously patrolled by human ships.
(Now back to me...)
I managed to escape, somehow, and while I did it and resurfaced for air (the city had a dome, allowing hybrid buildings) and the short chase, a motorboat hit me, and the propeller sliced my leg and partially my tail. Still trying in desperation to escape, and blinded with pain, I got too close from a mine, but still far enough so the explosion wouldn't kill me or do heavy damage. The humans thought I had been caught, so they left, which saved me, unconscious, falling to the ground of the ocean.
As I woke up, I noticed how bad the injuries were. Having been taught how to use the medicinal power of plants, I had to get some... and fast. Swimming and resurfacing for water, I found some plants that didn't seem or felt poisonous, so I used them to heal my injuries. These plants had a weird greenish bio-luminescence, very light when stopped, but once I started using them, the light became stronger, and I just kept going because it was the only chance of survival.
When I finished applying the plants, to the injuries, I knew the skin would fully recover... so I just had to sleep and wait... the traditional way. After I woke up...
(Now the description)
...the injuries had disappeared, and the skin seemed normal, and the pain disappeared, but I was weak, so I needed to eat something and start again somewhere else. As I began to swim, I noticed there was this strange light from above, but I couldn't find its source. Looking back... The skin on my tail and leg that had been once ripped and now rebuilt, was actually glowing. There were no markings, just the glow.
The bio-luminescent properties of those plants were transferred to my body and were living in the bloodstream, and the consequence of that, was the glow of those parts, in situations of adrenaline, embarrassment, etc.
(I mean, DESCRIPTION)
The glow is green/blueish, very light, and it's located on the left leg and left side of the tail, consequence of the continuous "slices" (propeller thing). The debris of the explosion hit my face and chest from the right side, so there are a few small cuts and dots,a few around my left eye.
And... wow, this was long x3 This was it.
Also, one thing to think of: If the bio-luminescence is in the bloodstream, there's a particular situation when the bloodstream is relatively high and the glow is visible somewhere else. I think you got it figured by now :P

It's a quite good RP, if us (me and the other people in it) decided to write a book about it, we would make millions!!!1
