ok so the Pokemon black and white tour came to my town over the weekend. I decided to go on Sunday. They had passes to see the latest movie Zoroark master of illusions .The movie was fairly good for a Pokemon movie.Nothing out of the ordinary though. But seeing it during tour was the only way to catch it on screen at the movie theater.I liked Zoroark`s design and powers.Zorua was a cute character too . They handed out some giant pokemaon card game card with Celebi and Zorua on it.
Besides the movie they had a demo station with dozens of copies of black and white you could try .It wasnt a big area of the game you could sample though. After you played you did get 2 metal pins one each of the 2 legendery pokemon for the games.
They also handed out a booklet you needed to get 4 stamps on (it already came with one) and then when you filled it you could spin a prize wheel. I won a metal phone charm with the 3 starter Pokemon on it so I considered myself fortunate.Thats not as cool as winning a plush but better them winning a paper visor!
They had a store set up selling plushes. I bought a Tepig one for $10.Which they placed inside a cool Pokemon store plastic bag which had various Pokemon on it.They had some cool tshirts but they were all in kids sizes. That including the fact 75% of the people there were parents or kids under 12 made one feel like a real nerd for being there >_<
And finally GameStop had the download of Celebi so that was cool.I never bothered to download any Pokemon before .I probably look around online to download other past ones maybe. So bottom line I suppose it was worth it to spend several hours dodging kids and standing in line. And it worked.I was going to wait for awhile to buy one of the new ones. But I bought Black yesterday so I guess Nintendo`s strategy worked.

I didn't use to go do the downloads at Gamestop or Toys R Us either, but then I found out that some the best pokemon and interesting areas are only available with the downloaded pokemon. I have also found out that the download station and wifi distribution system is the most frustrating ever, as once the time period ends, the pokemon is unobtainable. Period. I'm glad I started paying attention, because the legendary dogs available earlier this winter/spring via wifi and gamestop and the celebi from gamestop had near immediate uses. One, you get a level 50 Celebi and up to 3 legendary dogs at level 30 once you get the relocator in Castelia City. And two, the Celebi gets you a level 10 male Zorua in the same city and one of the legendary dogs draws out a female Zoroark in Lostlorn Forest right next to Nimbasa City, which is the very next place you go. I haven't decided if I'll try breeding or just keep going with the Zorua, but it's very nice that they made it possible to do both. What team of pokemon have you settled on so far?

OP
I cant say I`ve played the game too much (Ive only beat 3 gyms) and I havent played too many of the pokemon games (I only own heart gold and yellow before this one ).But I currently have a lv 27 Pignite, Victini lv 18, roggenrola lv 21, sawk lv 16, simisage lv 15, and a blitzle lv 17 with lilipup, patrat, woobat, pidove, venipede, sewaddle, purrloin, tympole, cottonee and timburr in storage. So I have a long way to go at the moment.

My previous pokemon games are all fairly newer ones. I got Diamond first, then FireRed, then Platinum, the Heart Gold, and now Pokemon White. I haven't gotten all that far in White either. I just beat the fourth gym this evening after spending alot of time exploring the area and going back to other areas to get newly accessible stuff. My current team is a lv. 29 Dewott, lv. 31 Excadrill, lv. 32 Munna, lv. 32 Zoroark, lv. 30 Darumaka, and a lv. 31 Sawk. I have a lv. 32 Pansear and a lv. 27 Lillipup (I kept it from evolving to make use of the ability Pickup) as well as about every pokemon accessible to the point of the fourth gym in storage; with multiples of some of the pokemon like Drillbur who have the most potential power. I actually need to go revive my fossil from the Relic Castle yet and Victini is still waiting on Liberty Island for me. I don't like the idea that there are still some pokemon coming up that will force me to redo my current party since they have far more potential power than many of the pokemon that are accessible early in the game. I'm particularly looking forward to Litwick and its final evolution of Chandelure; which has the highest base Sp. Atk. of any non-legendary pokemon ever made and fairly good speed and defenses to back it up.
