There is nothing really to debate, even if I don't really agree with you. The only thing I have a problem with concerning the aforementioned fox would be the child rape fetish, and even then I would opt to attempt to understand and reach out and help if help is really needed (sometimes a fetish is just a fetish and stays in the mind) before anything worrisome happens, rather than condemn things so recklessly.

Life is too short for me to find solace in hatred towards others for things that give them a momentary ecstatic release or crimes that have not yet been committed.

That is where I stand, and I am pretty stalwart in it. I suspect you are pretty set in your views (which I respect) as well, so I don't really see how we can debate it.

I think there is fuckin' sick things afoot in the fandom yes. Then again, do I bother commenting negatively on them? Nah, they, atleast most of them, stay kindly in their parents' basement and only show up in sites like this. They can be tolerated easily by just not giving a fuck and if they do the same to you, acting like normal human beings, then all is well and you will never have to worry about said persons weird fetish.

BUT then there is the ones that actively search for understandment for their strange things, like five 8 feet long dicks would be some sort of a goddamn breakfast conversation, no no no no NO!
Know your limits, you have a weird fetish, keep it to YOURSELF and the people interested, do not shove it into others faces, like that would be a fetish of it's own "marketing weird fetishes by slapping people in the face with it" fetish...

I think the most mature approach you can take to having other's unwanted fetishes thrust upon you in FA is just to avoid them. In a way its even preferable that so many are so open about things that can make you want to have nothing to do with them... you don't have to wonder what disgusting desires people are hiding from you because the perceived anonymity of the internet gives them the confidence to out themselves without fear of real-life consequences.

Never are you forced into a confrontation with other users on the internet; arguments are always voluntarily entered into. Remember that you can also choose forbearance - a good way to start is ask yourself before you communicate your disagreement to anyone : what do I have to gain from sharing my opinion, and what do I stand to lose? In most cases the answer is, a fleeting sense of vindication, and time + effort wasted.

Anything that nay-says furries in any part is looked down upon on FA. It's irony.

Personally, I dislike anything involving a child-aged/looking character in a not-for-children situation, just seems beyond wrong.

Anime is now a generally accepted niche by the mainstream, and yet that hasn't stopped the lolicon/shotacon crap. Hell, the mainstream is all to happy to blithely ignore that aspect of it. You know why? MONEY. Anime makes money.

The moment something uniquely 'furry' becomes profitable/marketable enough to appeal to a large enough business, the fandom will be accepted, and all the fringe sickos will go largely ignored by normal people.

While I usually don't care what people fap to, I also think acceptance is overrated.
If I don't like something, I don't like it and I'm not going to accept it.

Unfortunately the line between "acceptable" and "not acceptable" is drawn in many different places depending on who you talk to.
I personally am fine with feral or "zoo" art in the fandom, but I know that other's want that sort of thing to GTFO. I hate cub art and want it to GTFO in the most painful ways, but lots of other people like it and accept it.

What it comes down to is that there's no set rules for what is, and what isn't allowed to be a Furry, and even if we were to try, we would never get anyone to agree on them. So people jump into the fandom pool bringing all their shit with them, and it all stinks to someone else.

It's pretty simple really.
