Looking for a new roommate(s)

I mostly just ripped this journal off from 
indigo_the_cat ^.=.^ but thats because in reading his journal he pretty much covered everything.
Our sheppie roommate
atfgunner is finally moved/moving out, and going to live in Arizona with his family.
My roomie indigo_the_cat and I are looking for another roommate to replace him also 
sorriz is also our roommate, but he's living here absentee and is just paying rent.
If you decide to replace him, you will take over his lease (which ends in August), but we are both staying for at least one more year, so you could take over his lease before it's up, or just move in August 20th when the next "year" of lease begins.
The leases are individual as well, so for instance say, if I were to just randomly leave and stop paying rent, you would NOT be responsible for my rent. You will only ever pay the 4 hundred some a month that you signed the lease for. My roommie and I are quite laid back ourselves, and don't get too finicky so long as if you really make a mess, you clean it up.
We will accept furries of any gender, sex, and sexual preference. If you are just a furry "ally," that's fine, too. ^.=.^ We are very laid back and would like to keep the laid back theme here, like I personally like to wear collars and usually walk around here wearing mine hehe. Also if you want to move in the living room is already furnished but if you have something to add we can make room/ re-organize also feel free to play my game systems. ^.=.^ (As long as you don't delete my save files lol feel free to make your own tho)
The current rent is $419 per month; this does not include the utility bills. There is free WiFi, but you can pay for your own faster connection if you desire. There is heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, full kitchen with a dishwasher, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, a patio, and a 2 car garage with a driveway which has room for 2 more cars outside of the garage. You can also park on the street, since free permits are given for vehicles.
There is a main office area as well a short walk away from our town home. There is a swimming pool, hot tubs, outdoor volleyball area, a small workout room with several machines, computers with printers, pool tables, a couple arcade machines, and of course, the free tanning beds. :P While obviously, you wouldn't be around a bunch of furries here, if you like any of that stuff, you will have access to it.

This town home is very close to MSU (Minnesota State University, Mankato) as well. If you don't mind living in Mankato, MN and are looking for a place to live next year, or want to attend MSU, send me a message and we'll see if we can look into being roommates!
