Just got my first batch down a half an hour ago. Have two bottles now, Strawberry Potato Vodka and Blueberry Potato Vodka, going to let them sit for a good few weeks to get a very berry flavour.

Nonononononono- you'll go blind dude. You can't ferment liquor in metal/steel- it gives off harmful chemicals. Copper or glass only.
