I sincerely doubt that. My 3-pound laptop has a 6.3 and easily matches a PS3.

My PS3 has 6 processors that are all better than my 4 processors on here. D:

And the graphics card Sabby linked to has 480 processing cores. My point? Comparing raw core count is an apples to oranges comparison if you're not looking at what the cores are and what they're doing. A quad core CPU is generally not the limiting factor for games these days, anyway, so it's a moot point.
