I'm thinking about making my first plush. I've knitted toys for years and am learning how to crochet, but lately I've had the urge to sew something. I think I'll go cruising the site for interesting characters without too many colors, and if I can't find any I like, I think I'll make Tartuffe.

Maybe after I have a little practice I'll make a nyala. I've always wanted a stuffed nyala. Funny how I own a big stuffed okapi, another obscure animal, but no nyalas in sight. :C Dey so perdy, but dey gets no luv.

If you're interested in having a small stuffed animal made of your character for free, let me know in a note or in a response to this journal! Even if it doesn't turn out well, what do you have to lose? Nothing, that's what. Maybe it'll be the most awesome thing you've ever seen in the history of things you've seen. Be aware that I need something kind of simple (3 colors max), but pass this journal entry around to your friends, requests sent to me will get priority over ones I find randomly on the site!

EDIT: Well, because of lack of response I decided to just make a classic fox. Oh well.
