For first, Espada's aren't ranked by who looks the best, but by how strong they are.
Second, there is no "Neutra Espada", because Espada number 0 is the strongest of them. Canonically the 0# is the released form of 10#, not another Espada.
Third, I'd like to keep the Espada's multinational and therefore good english is required from the one in charge.

I am interested in leading the group if there hasn't been one decided by now. I know this decision was supposed to be handed down ages ago, but I can at least give it a try.

When it comes to Bleach I am very much a fact checker. I will try to lead this group in its original intent. I haven't been online much here on FA because I had no obligations here anymore, but am still regularly active on the Bleach Asylum board.
