Help me create a random character for my next picture!

I just thought I'd hold a quick survey to get some suggestions thrown at me for a brainstorming session. I need to create a female character for an upcoming commish and I want to try a stab at something new and fresh. Help me pick some attributes for her!
Suggest items for each of these catagories:
-Species
-Color scheme (pick three colors)
-Distinguishing features
By suggesting anything to me, you already grant me rights to use your idea!!! B3 None of that 'copyrighting colors' bullshit up in here, guys! I will pick and choose from the responces by catagory, so I may choose your color scheme and someone elses species. This is just a practice exercise for brainstorming. I just need some help cooking up some suggestions and I'd like to see what intresting combo I get out of it.

With all that said, go for it!
Colors: Navy/Royal blue + GOLD. Needs highlights in orange or yellow maybe. You'd know better.
Species: gryphon/eagle/ something with a fancy beak
Distinguishing features: I want some spectacles. Maybe something perched precariously on the beak
...but seriously, who pays for a commission without a character in mind? That's unorthodox for sure X3
Color: purple, white, teal
Distinguishing features: one cracked horn, maybe a tribal marking on one ore more limbs (I suck at distinguishing features :P)
black, sky blue, cream
Henna pattern inside ears
Colors = Rust Red, Black Spots, Pink (flesh)
Features = Initials burnned on her right flank, long black hair in a ponytail style, pierced ears, toung, and in her "neither reigons"

and for colors: seafoam green, macaroni orange, and white.
and features, simple flowing tribal or speckles accented all over the body.
[oh yeah and chose this animal because its the same as my first name lol]

colors: lemon, brown, rose
distinguishing features: top hat
colors: silver scales, red robot laser eyes, black stripes
distinguishing features: is carrying a dead crucified nazi pope in his razor-like mouth fangs on his way to dump him into the middle of a flaming BP oil spill, while clutching a mangled drum kit in his ferocious robot talons and wearing a goddamned giant gong around his neck like it's bling
If you do this, it will be used as album art by one of my secret metal bands.
