i need my birth certificate and social security card because some jobs and other stuff require the real thing i need it but my mom got it i ask for it she wont give i think she said she paid for it (something like that )

You can go to a vital statistics office and get a copy of your birth certificate. It does cost a fee usually, but it'll be certified. I can't remember if it costs to replace your social security card, but just call your local SS office and they can tell you everything you need to get it. As for your mom not giving them to you, if she kicked you out she shouldn't need them, and besides you're over 18 so they legally belong to you. She's just being a bitch.
