How would i get all my wtachers to follow? Go to each and everyone and give them a note saying i moved?

Sunds like a good idea. mods should be alright with it too. just post a journal saying you moved, post a link and slowly they'll follow ya ^_^

yeah i think you should change since you don't like it anymore, as for how to let your watchers know that you changed name/new account or whatever try submitting an artwork saying it, that might work... well good luck!

up to you really ^^ and a good way to tell everyone is with a submission or a journal linking to new account and this profile linking to the new one to just in case.
