Even without furry porn, it's not like the public's opinion will ever change. Besides, in all fairness, in a general sense it is a fetish. People are furries either because they find the physical representations attractive, or they don't find current reality attractive. Either way it's mostly about aesthetics as far as I can tell.

Even if all porn from furs was stopped from here on now, the preformed idea of furries will never change. If we're already stuck with the bad rep, might as well enjoy our time with it.
