"Gettin lost in the shadows..."
Well, I intended for my epic return to take place yesterday, complete with new submissions and a friendly journal, buuuuuut I ran into some issues.
I ended up getting a massive migraine Friday. I couldn't even look at my computer screen cuz my eyes were just that sensitive to light. Also, the same day my contacts just went insane, and now I have an eye infection of some sort and can hardly see anything out of my right eye. Not to mention the imbalance between my eyes is giving me horrible headaches. So I'm essentially a train wreck right now. Fml.
So this afternoon, after getting home from the eye doctor, I decided I had to put SOMETHING up, cuz I felt bad that I didn't stay on my intended schedule. And what happens? Severe thunderstorms, and tornados a couple miles away. I lost power. I only recently got it back, and now I'm just sorta laying miserably in bed surfing around the Internet on my iPod.
I apologize to anyone who missed me (if anyone actually did), and I promise I'll get something up in the afternoon. That is, if more convenient disasters don't strike. So yeah. Till then, adieu.
