Hello to all my watchers,
In case you haven't heard
LeoLion13 who being my one hundredth user and who being the inspiration behind this user special and also who is not going to be here for nine months.
Why?
According to a text I got from my great friend
nievelion Leo was suspended for nine months because hackers got into his account taking every single one of his journals, pms, and IP address and using it to broadcast false e-mails about Jewish racial comments.
When Leo went to tell Neer what happened to his account Neer being the assclown he is wouldn't budge because he suspected it was Leo himself who was doing the fake racial e-mails. So effectively thanks to the same butthead hackers who are still outhere Leo has been suspended for nine months for something he didn't do.
Dragoneer being the dumbass he can be is too caught up in his own little ego to see his security is not safe, period the end. These hackers who are former staff I'm sure of it have free reign over this place to take whoever's IP address they want hacking into it getting the user suspended for accusations they themselves did not do.
Suffice to say I am not very pleased at what has transpired because this is a friend of my close friend who I've got the chance to at least see he is not that type of a guy.
Dragoneer should hang by his testicles as far as I'm concerned because he has effective delayed the debut of a very special work made for all of you thanks to two users who both helped me reach a milestone.
So I implore all of you to re-set your passwords and above all do not let anybody know about your personal information on this site because it cannot be trusted. When the news hit me of what really happened it riled me up, made me mad, and put a lot of knots in my stomach because this same hacking is what happened to Adam Wan who is one of the more well known artists in this fandom.
The bottom line is Neer and his staff are clueless assholes who are not doing their jobs right (Big surprise) and when something like this happens to a close friend's close friend I go searching for answers as to why this happened before I start going after throats to tear.
Unfortunately it is us versus them in case you hadn't already known. Unfortunately I have a very busy three days commencing this week so this is the best I can do because I've already told Nie to tell Leo to make another account and go after Neer or at least be here for when I debut my one hundred user special which is now put on hold over here until I get word otherwise.
On SoFurry I can't shaft those watchers because my watcher 100 overthere is present and accounted for so I'm at a bit of a snag which doesn't put me in the best of moods at the moment thanks to assclown hackers who are allowed to roam freely plundering us all and getting us all banned because it is a huge turf war.
If you haven't done it already please change your passwords and do everything you can to keep changing them or at least be real careful about what you do on here.

SWSP7 because I know Neer is not that bright of a bulb to see the fact lions find ways to do whatever it takes to not back down from the likes of small pebble balls and a sissy queer ego worse then the queers themselves.
So in closing this is the best I can do because it is out of my hands now and I've done the best I can do to warn you my watchers that this can happen to you and you will get unfairly treated if it does.
Don't ever fund anything this site does or want you to do because it is not worth it to support a bunch of ego driven assclowns who think they can muscle all of us around. Unfortunately for them I'm the last lion they want to piss off because I know how to spread my loud ROAR through my talents as a writer who does not take kindly to lies and or things like this.
Dragoneer if he thinks his new site is going to change the face of all this he and his staff can eat the bullshit they shovel out with us force feeding it down their throats.
These guys are morons who deserve to get the bottom caved out of them for the things they allow to happen and be gotten away with.
We as lions and you as my viewers need to not give up without a fight because these losers are just the same small brained bullies you deal with on the school playground. If they think this is ok I got news for them I've had to fight for everything I've earned in my own personal life and do not back down from anybody until I get what I deserve.
If you all want to do something why don't you tell Neer to shove it as you find ways to get around his shit hole system.

If your friend was on sites with malicious intent, third party software could easily be downloaded and these "hackers" would have gotten information stored on his computer. Be rational and analyze the situation from both sides:
If the site is faulty, why haven't we all been hacked yet? Did you know the kind of state your friends computer was in? He probably had a virus on his computer.
This has nothing to do with his computer because a virus is easily prevented with the right software.
You think I'm telling a fib here? Hackers don't need software to do what they do, they have computer know how and expertise in getting into any computer or site.
Its not that hard to learn how to hack into a system because the government themselves and police forces hire hackers to catch criminal organizations.
What Google says is crap because Google is not a secure engine like you think it is.
Trust me I worked an IT job in college where I learned a lot of things from the real computer guys who do this for a living. Even Norton Internet security won't be able to stop a good hacker.
I really don't know what it is he does away from here but I know from speaking briefly with him that he is not that type of person because if he was he wouldn't be mailing Neer trying to get it fixed.
He's not my friend, he's my close friend's friend, big difference there.
This is not the first time this has happened to him either because I learned he has had this happen one time before this time. The big picture is this, I've got the inside track to what really happened and it doesn't make me at all happy to see the security breaches still not fixed in this crap hole of a site structure.
That's why I stopped doing PMs and tell most people to e-mail me because I don't want this to happen to me. I've had viruses on my computer and not one of them has ever gone into a website as public as this because there are so many IP addresses hosted on a huge server. You forget the only way for the IP addresses to be bad is if the main server to this site is bad or has a weak security wall easily broken by hackers who were exposed to it like these were.
This is not something I made up just to get you guys to go after Neer because it has been well documented and talked about amongst staff who know about it but would rather blow it off for a new worse site which will have the same issues as before.

The government hired people wouldn't give two damns about some random furry. He probably had a keylogger, and the people behind it (who are being malicious) are doing it to him because it empowers them or something.
I'm not arguing with you, but the only way for them to get his password is by keylogger, or searching through his cache.
These hackers were from this site, not the government or the police force who wouldn't be that stupid.

That actually happened, and Leo was just one of many people this has happened to. I believe he was a victim before the big hack, but it wouldn't surprise me if those involved were the same people. The ones who went after him claimed they were doing it on behalf of someone else, someone who later said they knew nothing about it. So either it's for shits and giggles, or these people have something against Leo. Probably how popular he has gotten, always got to bring people you're jealous of down...
Anyway, regardless of HOW this happened, the fact it did and that Neer seems incapable of believing it even after the major FA hack that went down, that he'd rather just believe what is on the surface, what the hackers want him to see, is reason enough to be pissed I should think. Because if this can happen to Leo, it can happen again, to anyone the hackers decide is hateworthy, vulnerable, or just fun to mess with. That should concern you, and everyone.
And if this is about "don't complain about a free site", I am sick to death of that idiotic argument. Just because it is a free site doesn't mean those in charge can get away with doing (or not doing) whatever they want. Not if they expect users to stay, or care if they do. I have pretty much concluded the latter is the case--if they really cared, they would accept the offers people have made to help in the past, especially with the coding.
It's called common courtesy, or Netiquette. They don't have it. And because they don't, trolls can do whatever they want to us. If the ones doing it really are former staffers that makes it even worse.

And I am sorry for coming on so strong. Part of this is being pissed about the things Neer has and hasn't done, and the continual excuses invented under the guise of "this site is free so we don't have to do shit and you can't complain because you don't pay for it". But mostly, I am just mad because of these assholes hurting my good friend LeoLion13, and that they are succeeding because of Neer's stubborn blindness.
It is indeed bad, I just hope somehow it can be straightened out because really, going to a new site won't solve anything, and even with all its faults I don't want to see FA go down.

Like the last time he was "hacked" earlier this year, the IP address and information regarding the account did not change. Nothing changed on our side. The only way he was hacked was if somebody broke into his house (on multiple occassions), logged into his computer, sent these emails out... and went away.
FA has sessions, and those sessions show whenever somebody logs into your account (or whenever you log into it). From any computer, from any IP address, it's logged and recorded.

Leolion13's information did not change. Nothing changed. His account was not compromised in any way. And if it were, we would not have been banned.
What about the time Adam Wan was falsely accused of rape by a hacker who got into his account and leaked false information.
As far as I can see Leo's account still says suspended Neer. I and everybody else who has talked with Leo know he is not that type of person or we would have reported it ages ago.
I think you are going by your first reaction instead of your common sense. Hackers can manipulate anything they want if you let them. I don't believe for one instant Leo was doing these things.
If Leo was why was he trying to mail you in order to get it fixed yet you still suspended him?
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to breach this system. If his computer had a virus you'd of looked at it first instead of suspending him like your staff has done to me and countless others or are you not aware of the holes still in your system.
The worst virus I ever had on my computer was Klez-e that sent out false spam e-mails to my yahoo account. If he were to have a virus like that on his computer you'd of looked at it before you lept Neer.
You do this all the time and quite frankly we as a community are not thrilled when you send out the likes of staff who act just like you and random suspend instead of look at the facts.
The facts are Leo did not send out fake e-mails Neer. Why would he if most of those who know him well know he would not do such a thing.
You don't pay attention to what is really happening with your site Neer because hackers are still on it and they still have all the tricks to get into a person's account easily.

I would hope you'd have a better explanation then saying the IP of Leo matches even though Leo was trying to mail you to get it fixed and you still suspended him.

I did my homework before I went and made this, you didn't so therefore I believe in my heart you are wrong about this since we've already seen what has happened to Adam Wan thanks to your drama.
If it /was/ a hack, then praytell why was the same IP address on the email Leolion13 sent me that the supposed "hacker" used? IPs and e-mail issues don't exactly work that way, I'm sorry.
Since this did involve emails, did the return path in the header match the from line?
It doesn't add up.
Especially because, going back over the logs, the e-mails were being sent at the same time Leolion13 was accessing the site. So if his computer was being hijacked, even remotely, there's no way he could be on the site, browsing FA, using his computer... at the exact same time frames that these emails were being sent out. Not for that many emails.
Also, you seem to believe the original hacking by Leo was a fake, even though you are well aware of the hacking fiasco which happened to multiple users on FA a few months back, involving...PMs, e-mails, passwords, and IPs being copied and displayed on places like 4chan. With evidence like that, why would you doubt it could also happen to Leo? Not to mention he and others have screenshots of his info being posted on 4chan and other places, if you would like to see them.

Do your research, Neer. This perfectly explains how this happened. It wouldn't matter that Leo was on at the same time the e-mails were sent, because the hackers would have gotten the IP info the first time he was hacked. He gets the obvious stuff removed from the comp, thinking it is fixed...but the rootkit is still there, allowing another user remote access. They could use his IP the same time he was, and because they have it, of course it would match up when you checked.
As for the e-mails 'matching' Leo's grammar, style, and past actions, anyone who reads his journals and posts long enough could easily imitate him. Similarly if their hacking allowed them access to his e-mail account. And whoever is doing this clearly is acting as a white knight to Rekhit (without his knowledge, Leo has told me), and because of this they would not only know of Leo's past mistaken actions (which he ceased and apologized for), they would likely have seen the actions in question and would have been following Leo's journals, again allowing them to easily imitate him.
They waited as long as they did to lull him into a false sense of security, refusing to drop an issue that Rekhit already had, and they didn't have to hack him again to do it--they just used the IP info they got the first time around. I wouldn't be surprised if they also did it now because of how popular he has been getting.
As Dineegla said below, Leo is taking his comp to look for this rookit, and I would hope that the tech finds the evidence of it, you will then reconsider your decision.
The sheer amount of effort it would take to do that is pretty staggering. And that's not what rootkits are event used for. That's not what what rootkits are even used for.
That said, I'll consider the issues, but... it's not a rootkit. Rootkits are not exactly something people would use for something like that, and if it was (that's a huge "if" given what rootkits actually are) whoever did this is A) a furry and B) somebody Leolion13 knows, and knows well, to the point they were at his computer to do so.
Regardless, it seems right now we can only wait to see what proof Leo can find with the help of his computer tech.
If Leo had this happen to him before why would he all of a sudden several months later have the same thing happen to him and end up with the same result?
If he has a virus on his computer then lift his suspension because if your version is indeed true then Leo should be cleared of any wrongdoing.
If he were that type of person you wouldn't have several well known artists and friends of his telling you he didn't do it and here is the proof.

Your staff has suspended me and they randomly deleted some of my content but not all which left a huge question mark as to did they really look at it or just try to be bullies. Well I found out through reading and research it was the latter of they are bullies who use their power to push us around.

I may be an ass, but I enforce the rules equally and I will not put up with lies and bullshit. You admit to ban evasion and circumventing a 3 day ban back in October 2010. Per FA Terms of Service, circumventing a ban and attempting to evade admin action (esp. over a three day ban) is a permanent banning offense.
In the future, if you're breaking the rules, maybe advertising them on your alt. account would not be an advisable course of action.

Don't kid yourself, this is great example of why your system does not work. If you let people be allowed to get away with ban evasion along with trolling of accounts what does it say about you?
However long he is gone proves once and for all your system doesn't work and I hope several people who watch him saw what just happened on this journal.
He is indeed right Mr. Neer and now since you've shown you aren't willing to change your mind maybe this is a lesson learned for you or maybe it is not.
The bottom line is he exposed a real issue and I commend him for it and I think it was cowardly of you and your little minion to punch him between the legs like you did, shame on both of you.

If Leo gets his computer to a technician and the techie DOES find something wrong and can verify that it wasn't his fault, would you be open to reviewing his case?
And yet I just get this bad feeling that Dragoneer will not give him a second chance even if proof is presented. Just the way he's going on about the whole issue makes it sound like he made up his mind and not even real proof that verifies Leo was not guilty will make him review the case.
Whoever did this A) writes EXACTLY like Leolion13, down to grammatical issues, punctuation and formatting B) knows about furries, FA the history -- they claim to have gotten information from ED in the emails, but they knew information that was never posted there and C) went after a person another fur Leolion13 had a grudge against and D) had screenshots from Leolion13's account, wherein the entire issue that lead to this started.
Oh, and Leolion13 had some information I didn't even hell him about the emails, too. Which he let slip. So, my question is how he could he know about things I never mentioned?
That said, I'm still up to hearing him out, but the evidence is pretty damning from my side of things.
I talked to a tech guy about remote access. Seems that the user would had been aware of the situation at that point. He did point me in a different direction when I brought up the IP and email tramsitions. Spoofing. Gonna hand off a series of websites that might help explain things; however, it does fall on the user to protect their information and computer.

So, I do find it hard to believe that whoever is hacking Leolion13 is so good he's able to do things nobody else is. And second, if so, why would that make /that much effort/ to hack his computer, remote into it, just to send fake anti-Semitic emails against /one/ user on the site? Just one user, and a user who Leolion13 has a known negative history with?
That makes no sense.
No comments were made on FA, nothing else.
Seems that whomever or whatever is behind this, is going way out of the way to target one user and send emails to another with a known history. In that case, it would make some sense, what better way to bring someone down than to use past relations. Could be as simple as someone with a grudge against Leolion13, he was becoming popular.

Are you saying when that happened in January, and things were deleted from his account or altered, there was no evidence of that being done on FA either?
As for D), again if someone did hack into his computer and get hold of his passwords and such, it would be easy to log in to his account and take screenshots.
