On the Subject of Gifts (Linkin's Ass)

I'm trying to think of the right words to type without sounding like a complete blubbering idiot or an ungrateful bastard. I love to get gifts, it's fun and surprising when it's like Ta-dah!! it's MAGIC!!! 8D but I would REALLY like it if you did do/get a gift for me that you don't have Linkin bottom/about to bottom/etc. about bottoming. There's been misunderstandings in the past that people just didn't know, and I'm not writing this to call anyone out and I'll freaking hide your comments if you bring them up. But this journal is just to remind those who already know or to inform those who didn't know about my thoughts about Linkin bottoming.

It's not about taking an online character too seriously, and if I am, well then it's serious business. If I want to draw Linkin bottoming, I'll 1) do it myself or 2) commission it from someone myself... I don't know how to really explain this, but there's many types of bottoms and Linkin would be more of the aggressive-type bottom who's got the smirk on his face to match the other top's because he knows he either 1) will top the other right after this or 2) already topped the other just before.

What I'm trying to say is: Linkin's bottoms for only those who are special in his life, like his mate Jason. I don't think there's anything more special than two lovers who would give the world for each other. So please, Please PLEASE, I ask that you respect these wishes or simply find another Doberman to give gift art to. IF you've got a question that you'd like to ask about gifts privately, send me a note. I don't bite hard...often...usually...sometimes...

Hey, this is always good to know. I've seen other misunderstandings about how a person wishes to be drawn that get so blown out of proportions entire friendships get ruined over it. I'm glad that you're taking the time to clarify this to us.

And in my personal opinion, I kind of see Linkin the same way I see myself. Sure, we'll bottom from time to time, but only for those people that are really special to us. And besides, Link, you seem like much more of a top anyway.

When/if I can get gift arts for you, I'll be sure to keep this in mind, friend. ^=^

And this isn't too much to ask I think, and I hope it doesn't get blown out of proportion...it's not directed at one person or two, it's for everyone to know so it's common knowledge and friendships don't get ruined.

Exactly. there's nothing wrong with saying "No, I don't wanna be a bottom, thanks." I think it's silly when people get upset over not being able to fondle their favorite artist in gift art.

And heck, I don't even know someone who'd wanna top you. XD I'd sub for you any day, if it wouldn't bother my mate so much. But you know, I love my boyfriend, and I don't want art drawn of me getting plowed by random people either.

I hope that posting this journal helps stop art that makes you and Jason uncomfortable ^=^

So Linkin's a power-bottom Those are hawt sometimes. And I know sort of how you feel. See, I actually draw the line at the stubby tail. None of my Dobermans have stubby tails, they're not docked. They have their regular, normal sized tails. XD I dunno if mine fit the stereotype. :P
