Well, a generic echidna av comes to mind. Actually you could make generic Sonic species avs like foxes, bats, and of course hedgehogs!
As for other avs, there is a demand for good anthro Pokemon avs! The one that made the ones at Dragon Keep stopped making them and she's giving away the ones she currently has.
