Unfortunately I still haven't done my diver certification class yet (due to lack of having $700 to use) but I was hoping to hit a few dive areas after I do.

I've gone scuba diving nowhere! But I have freedived in the Caribbean. That's about it XD but I do wanna add to the list. I didn't know aquarium dives were possible, that sounds fantastically cool!

I got my PADI open water out in the Gulf of Mexico. I also got my advanced and rescue diver in the same location. I then moved out to CA in silicon valley and so far have only dived out in Monterey Bay. Its so freaking cold in the pacific over what I had in the gulf. But I did get to dive with a harbor seal and that was pretty awesome.

If there is water i dive it. Fl is one of my fav spots to go when i want somthing warm and tropical. otherwise is deep water wrecks up here in lake ontario or the st lawrence. Tons of wrecks to play around in.

Because I'm a wimp, I tend to stick to warmer waters. I got certified over on Kauai, and I've been over there and the other Hawaiian islands to dive a couple times. Did a trip down to Belize to dive the reef there (no, not the Big Blue Hole or whatever it is, I was in the southern part of the country. Still good stuff), and also a few dives in Australia on the Great Barrier Reef.

Been over a year and a half since I've gone at the moment (lousy summer school/work, getting in the way), but I'm headed back to Kauai in December. Wrong time of the year for a shore dive on the north shore (it gets pounded in the winter), but I'll try to get a boat dive or two in. Finally see some sea turtles again. Hopefully I don't need to take a refresher course, I still know everything (famous last words...).

I did my certification through beaver lake in Arkansas and looking at what the prices of other classes around the nation i got mine quite cheap! Only $150 and i got this through Dive Tulsa in Oklahoma. Saddly before i could sien up again they had moved to Florida =(. So if any of you furs out there live in Florida you might try looking them up for cheap classes. Though with the move i cant be sure they're still the same price.

Aside from that the following year after open water training i went on a week trip to the Florida Keys to go diving at a dive center. And i have to admit that the sites they had reserved were fantactic dive sites.

Learned in Puget Sound. Did 4 shore dives there out of Steilacoom Bay. Swore off diving for the next 11 years because I froze my butt off.

Got stationed in Hawaii insert diving again.

Blow Hole, Oahu - Large parrotfish, somebody's broken urn, small morey eel, yellow striped goatfish

Winter is leaving which means North Shore will open up for diving soon WOOT!

PADI open water. certified last summer, i have 2 hours of open water experience, in Texas lakes. and i have between 400-500 hours of confined bottom time as a Maintenance Diver at SeaWorld San Antonio. i have dove with dolphins hundreds of time, belugas, sharks, stingrays, moray eels, penguins, puffins, white sided dolphins, lots of various tropical fish, and i have been on the other side of a gate from killer whales. i dive in temperatures that range from 70 degrees to 38 degrees. i operate a hull scrubber to keep all the animal exhibits clean. and i bet i can outlast anyone on a tank of air.

Dove "the wall" and "the aquarium" off Catalina Island

Was my first ever ocean dives. I did a total of 3... 2 were Catalina and the other was just off the resort
Was nice to see colorful fish for once XD

Saw moray eel, bigass lobster, lionfish, rays.... no sharkys though :(

I went diving in May (2019) Off the shore of Playa Del Carmen, and the next day at the Cenotes in Tulum. Right across the canal, by 45 minute ferry ride (at 6:45AM ) was Cozumel where I also did some diving and saw nearly a dozen lobsters toward the end of our maybe 50 minute dive. I took some footage with my friend's go-pro, but... it was my first time using one, let alone holding one, so i took 50+ minutes of rapid shots thinking it was filming hahaha! Other dives have been a few in Bonaire at a dive resort, and some wreck dives when i was younger, but i can't recall the names.

The Cenotes were an underwater cave dive in like a sacred mayan sleeping grounds for their gods and it's probably the coolest thing i've ever done. The air trapped on the ceiling of the cave was like melted silver and gave the impression of similar to a Salvador Dalí painting. The water was crystal clear where we were, truly fantastic moment of my life!

Mostly just lakes since I live so far inland. Would like to take some vacation time and hit so ocean dives. I just don't have any dive partners to go with.
