Quite often.. But then again.. I don't want to get into some career in graphic art.. simply because I don't want to start hating what I enjoy the most...
I quit drawing furries for a long time... but got back into them eventually..

I'm kind of doing the same thing, been more interested in drawing and practicing with other things then anthromorphic art. I sort of want to take my artwork proffessionally someday so yeah. D=

At passing phases, I always end drawing furries again XD

I say draw what ya feel, even if it isn't furry related we'll all enjoy seeing what ya come up with.

Just draw furs in your spare time! I've started drawing furs in my architecture renderings just to through my professors off.

I go through this all the time; more and more every year, in fact. I can only tell you waht I tell everyone in your state of mind, just draw what you want and what makes you happy.

I've been reading more books and feeling less apprehensive about drawing. I don't post as much but doesn't mean I don't draw.

I wouldn't mind seeing some of your non-furry art here. There's no rule against it.

Anyway, as for your question, I lost a lot of my interest in furry fandom years ago. But the characters I had created back when I was more into it were all furry, so eventually when I started drawing my characters again, by doing so I was drawing furrys again. Now I just draw what I feel like drawing, furry or not.

So, go ahead and draw something else. People here won't hate you for doing something that isn't furry. Maybe you'll feel like drawing furry stuff again later, but draw what makes you happy.

you don;t need to dedicate all your time to the fandom, that makes it an un-lucrative career at that point and not a fandom.

I say do what you like to do, it's more of a hobby then anything ma'am.

*huggles* i've seen it quite a few times lately, especially with people who have other interests.

*I'D* miss seeing you do furry, but really hun, i'm not the one who has a career to worry about. I've decided a long time ago to share my personal interests, such as furries and my love of all things sexual on a need-to-know basis, and i use both as an outlet for my stress and frustration.

Its up to you, altho i know it prolly doesn't help. but really, drawing things you aren't inspired by will leave the rest of us diapointed anyway. >^.^< if you DO go on to regular stuff, leave me a DA link or somethin so i can follow you >^.^<

Theres not really much of a career in drawing just furries unless you plan to just do commissions, or comics, or something of that sort...

Diverse yourself Foux.... You're an amazing artist.. Don't feel like you have to just stick to one type of art..

If I were you.. keep drawing everything you want to. Maybe it's best for your inspiration right now if you just draw yourself when you feel the connection.. maybe other furrys should be kept from trading and such with you while you find your artistic nitch. :) <3 love ya girly.

hun you dont have to JUST draw furries, by all means broaden your aspects and do any kind of art you want. I still keep strong in all diffrent kinds...dont let yourself get bored. Furries can just be a hobby, but dont quit it. I'd hate to see such a wonderful artist give up a part of her art and style

Yeah I hear you... That's why drawing has become a pass time really. I edit jewelry now for a jewelry store. >.o
