1. Yes and no. Some of your art appeal to me but at times, they don't. kinda.
2. Yes, all artist has their unique way of drawing. No one artist looks the same. It's like a finger print!
3. No. Sometimes, it's very good. At times, it varies.

As for improving artwork, i don't think i can help you with that. I'm barely an artist at all and i can't draw much, except doodle thingies and.. stuff... writing is the only thing that i can do, which isn't much comparatively. As for artist to teach you..? mm.. dunno but you don't learn from an artist directly. Sure, you could ask for some tips but you mainly look at how they draw. it builds up over time. You could talk to some artist that you currently just knew about and get some tips. Kyuu and katsu are the ones that you currently know that draws. There are others like semphy, milodesty, marvin, xvrox, etc.
