Check this out. This is really awesome and it touches real people who are in poverty in ways we could never understand. I'm not linking it so people will invest, but it's really heartening to see how those who have money are actually doing something that effects individuals, not just blanket corporations where you donate money to help people and it gets eaten up by the business and never sees the hands of those who truly need it. (Run on sentence for the win! I just get so excited about things like this)
It's also flooring to see how something like $250 makes so much of a difference. These aren't people who want welfare or constant monthly support, it's real, working families who just want the capitol so they can care for themselves from thereon out. So cool.
It's not even a donation, it's a LOAN that they repay with interest. EVERYONE profits.
