TL;DR AT BOTTOM IN BOLD
So as a lot of you may know I've been working on an rpg lately. Well, the one I am currently on is actually not my first. The first one I worked on, not too long ago either, actually had a decent storyish (I kinda winged the story as I built on) and some neat places/features. However, it felt.... dumb, so dumb in fact the new one I am working on will be a larger, longer version of that.
If anybody cares at all, the first one can be found here http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Q4SDLF08 and should include in the zip all the stuff to play the "demo" I guess.
I would actually like some feedback on this, to see what features I should carry over to the new game. Npcs do have random text and there are a few quest type deals abound. Be sure to talk to everyone you meet in an attempt to get the most out of all the little easter eggs I threw in there ;P
ALSO: Please comment on this journal if you are going to take this challenge. It wont take much more than an hour or 2 of your time to play.
Controls are as follows. '
SHIFT: Dash
Arrow keys: movement
ENTER: make selections, action button (talk to people and chests etc.)
X: Open menu, Cancel I think
SAVE OFTEN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I kind of made the monsters a little....spammy.
I appreciate all the feedback and or help. Hell, if there are any writers out there that want to help, that'd be great too.
