When's the last time you sat back, looked at your life, and went "y'know, things aren't that bad, really"?

(I do it every now and again, and it's a good way to both ground myselfl and kinda put things in perspective; I have a job, a mate, food, a home... things aren't too bad, y'know.)

I kinda do every day- I go through cycles of "god I'm so miserable" and "well at least I'm not doing X". Things really aren't that bad, I just tend to exaggerate.
