I don't think the number of watchers you get matters, its the heart and soul of the person that matters :)

Are you going to bring back the rankings under the old formula you used, where you take into account the "value" of a watcher based on how many watchers they have, as well as favorites, page views, etc? I did really like that :3

(Un)fortunately, no. This method required maintaining a list of all watcher->watchee relationships (likely 10+ million by now), and making sure all the data was relatively the same age. It currently takes about a month to scan the entire known userbase (350K accounts), so running the algorithm on that data wouldn't be fair to users who were scanned at the beginning part of the cycle. The results were nearly identical, anyway.

AWESOME! This aint no joke it's a miracle! lol. All I care to look at are people I know, Top 100, and Me lol. This is the best thing for monitoring your progress as an artist on FA and I never understood why so many people didn't like it.
Its perfect! I had a idea in my head about another statistic to sort by but I forgot to note it you Basically It would sort by the rapidly growing people. i.e. Who has gotten the most "Popular" the fastest. But I have no clue how you would even go about it lol. Its Easy to suggest ideas and another to actually do them X)

I actually did have that before- it was called "Up & Coming". I'll have to dig through the old code, but it was a function of change in watcher-count vs. change in time. Thanks for reminding me!
