Don't get too excited, I still don't have my own internets.

There are several local wifi's, but they've always been locked, & I've gotten out of the habit of checking. But today,  artimishunter found out there is an unlocked wifi when she &  riven713 visited with noms ( bwarroo didn't visit because he is a bitch & a putz & a stinky-butt poo-face).

WHEEEE thanks to Nusha, and thanks to Firestar for the clams & foodstuffs, and thanks to  dopr5 for this laptop that gets wifi (my PC does not). ^__^

OOoooooooooh,  hob! Can you do your magic & make my PC pick up wifi, pretty please? I'm sure a computer ninja like you can do it really easy (even if it *is* with windows). You'll get butterscotch chip cookies for your trouble.

I'm tremendously behind in looking at the art everybody has been uploading for the past months. I had over 2000 images to go through. I told myself that I could stop once I've gone through 1000. No, I'm not looking at every single one, just scanning thumbnails & looking at the ones that jump out at me. I'm sorry I can't give everyone's efforts the attention they're due, but I really do not have the time. Please forgive!

No thanks to the moron who has fired a gun 3 times so far tonight. Not even kidding. And each time my moron neighbors go outside & say the same thing:
"Did you hear that?"
"I sure did."
"Sounded like a gun."
"Was a gun."
"Sounded close."
"Was close."
"Didja call the police?"
"Nope. Did you?"
"Nuh-uh. Sure was close though. Wonder what they was shooting at."
"Dunno."
And I'm thinking, Are you nuts?! Somebody close by is shooting a gun & you go outside & talk loudly about it? Would you like to have a target to hold while you do so?
