FA:U is approaching!

I can't believe it's only a week and a half away now... I'm looking forward to it, but I also feel a little of the usual stress of wanting to make sure I'm ready in time :)
I plan to be there, hopefully I will be able to get a spot in the Artist Alley because I was waitlisted for the Dealers' Den. I will be offering mostly sketches, ACEOs, and possibly standard 3x4" con badges.
I am chipping away at my existing commission list, and it's starting to get smaller, finally :) I feel pretty good about that, and hope to finish a few projects that have been in progress for far too long over the next week and a half since my hours got cut at work and I have an extra day off than usual.
I AM curious to know if anyone would be interested in preordering a badge for the con-- I know there's not much time left, so I'd only feel comfortable taking one for the time being. You'll get updates as I'm working on it, to make sure it comes out right, and it would be ready for pick-up at FA:U. You can choose from a standard 3x4" badge with a holder, or a deluxe cutout laminated badge. Examples and details are available on my pricing page. I might be able to take more than one if I finish the first quickly enough, but I'd only be willing to commit to them one at a time. Believe me, I've learned my lesson >_<

Major Plans at the Con: Hopefully draw for people in the Artist Alley all weekend, but I'm looking forward to hanging out with friends I don't see often too.
Artwork / commissions: Sketch, ACEO, and standard badge commissions. I'm doing my best to have some ACEOs of my own designs for sale as well. I would like to do sketch trades if I have time.
How best to find me: With any luck, I'll be in the Alley for most of the con, but if not, I'll be around. If there is a bulletin/message board at the con, I'll do my best to leave notes saying where I'll be if I want to be found.
Drink: Bottled water, Dr. Pepper, or Mr. Pibb/Pibb Xtra. Mmm, sweet hydration and caffeine.
Smoke: No
Hugs: I generally only hug people that I know well.
Talk: I'm kind of shy, and tend to be nervous at cons when I'm trying to work on things and there are lots of distractions. Please don't be offended if I spend most of my time paying attention to artwork. I can listen and draw at the same time, but I may not have much to say.
