So for the last week or so my dumb ass has been locked out of my FA, and I have tried everything under the sun to get it open, so fearing the worst and feeling stupid, I messaged the fantastic  ArielMT and she quickly set to work helping me to solve my problem, and after a quick Q&A to prove i was who I said I was, she helped me get my account together, and here I am back in.
