Stressed the fuck out, sick horse, and need to vent...

General
k so this past month has been VERY FREAKING EXPENSIVE
my horse (Annie, the one in my profile ID) has a gastral infection, or so we think. It could be anywhere in her digestive tract.
We bought her antibiotics, msm, bute, wheat bran, aloe vera, and banimine.
she's been having serious gas colic, and her fevers been up to 104.
I had the flu REALLY badly this week, and after her infection was seemingly gone I was like ok someone call me if anything goes wrong.
Her temperatures been a perfect 101.0 on the dot, she's been eating all her food. Her energy has been normal...
until last night
last night I get a call saying her legs looked swollen. I thought OH BOY leg problems on top of it all!
Go over there throwing up, and I almost died at what I saw...
Her stomach is convulsing in pain, she's got a low guttural grunting going on, her stomach is making all kinds of pings and pangs (gas colic), and her legs are so swollen they look deformed...
I couldn't get a hold of a vet at 12:00 at night, and no one's fcking answering their phones on a Sunday morning :I
Her legs aren't hot, she's not limping... they almost feel fluid filled and squishy. I don't know what to do
no one on horse forums knows what's going on, can't get a hold of anyone, and I have a really busy freaking day wtf am I going to do...
Annie please please please please stop being sick, if anything happens to you I don't know what I'm going to do...
she just gets worse and worse every day and nothing is helping, I feel really hopeless right now.....
I don't have money to keep calling out vets like this, this has been going on this whole month with her
I wish I could just make her better... She's too precious to be in pain like this...
