I'm glad you didn't give up in the face of adversity. You've produced some awe-inspiring stuff. I know it sucks that you don't get a billion watchers and stuff (honestly, I think you deserve a lot more views/faves/comments than you get) like the 'big' musicians, but your music has a lot more feeling and soul to it than the techno/trance/whatever that I hear most of the big musicians churning out.

So if anything, what I'm saying, is that your music is full of inspiration and heart -- and honestly your stuff kind of gave me the drive and inspiration to categorize my own stuff and actually create something for once. Before your stuff I kind've just... created, but I had no focus at all.

So.. thank you!

I know the feeling. I get jealous of all those prominent musicians too, not jealous of the music they make, or the fame, but merely that they're noticed, that a significant number of people listen to the stuff they make. I guess it's self-affirmation.
I hope that one day you find your music reaches many more people than it does today.

I like your music though. It's refreshing, has a high quality to it, and is often rather uplifting. You needn't worry about your compositional ability; your work is original and interesting, and it'll progress of it's own accord.

As a side note, I'll agree another thing mentioned: Techno/trance/house/whatever it wants to be called type music makes me angry; I don't understand the appeal of it , so I won't go any further into the many criticisms I have of what appears to be the entire genre. Point is, enjoyment of it seems to encompass a reasonably sized section of the community, and I don't understand it at all, so I guess I will probably never capture that audience.

Music is far from the most popular form of art on FA and in the furry fandom in general. But it's our way of expression - I hope you don't compose to appease others, but compose for your own enjoyment.

You know I've been listening to you for a while now, and I quietly sit back and enjoy it, as do, I'm sure many others. So keep up the good work, keep your muzzle up and keep plucking and plonking away. ^.^

I found you through Woofle, and I really have to say that I love your work and I can't wait to see more. I can understand the whole fact of not being noticed either, being a writer and all.

I forget how I found you. I like your music quite a lot better than all these trance and techno tracks that many other furry musicians produce. I hope more people will find you and listen, and that you will keep on creating more music, and that the amount of good music in general out there will increase and keep on increasing.

I admit that I only found your works recently, due to one of your friends...but I can say I will continue keeping an eye on you, because I find your music pleasing. Here's hoping this "little speck" grows into a planet of awesome. XD

Seriously, though, you should talk to some of the folks that do variety show skits, and see if anyone might be able to come up with a concept for a video game skit, that your music could be used in.

Best way to put it after reading this...ya know its not about being recognized right away it takes a lot of time and a lot of patience. Even if you get a FEW comments and faves, dude your doing a HELL of a lot better then you think you are on a website made and focused on porn. Also DON'T be intimidated by other artists...instead LEARN from them by listening to their works and then maybe pick up a few ideas here and there its what music is all about my friend. Last but not least TRY not to sound desperate for attention too much and just do what you do best which is music. Hell the lot of us who DO listen and comment and even those that don't are merely along for the ride. I can't stress enough how bad it is to give into being Fame hungry and popular, with something like that bothering you it won't make you NEARLY the best you can be when you do your music and not even CLOSE to being inspired or have the willpower to put your all into your works.

Ya know your not the only musician who strives to be noticed for his/her musical talents, there are plenty more on FA who are in the same pickle but its the patient ones who prevail in the very end, for little by little baby step by baby step, your works WILL be noticed and the more people will seek out your works as time goes on. Its an uphill battle but in the field of music and with so much talent around, its a waiting game and a test of willpower at best and not everyone will make it to the top, but if you BELIEVE in yourself and your abilities and keep striving to reach that lofty goal it WILL happen but it takes a LOT of hard work and a lot of patience to reach the top. Last piece of advice I give...

I missed this journal till today. I may not say much, but I REALLY enjoy your work. I also know what your going through...I still feel like that myself, when it comes to my artwork. I have a good number of views, but that's because I now have commission work from rather popular artists. I do my best to tell these new watchers/favers and commenters that it's not my work, and that they should go tell the REAL artist they did a good job...but it's kinda hopeless

Anyways, back on the original topic. I LOVE your music. I actually will sleep to some of it, Especially that Rest Your Soul one. It's a wonderful thing you do here, and if I could, I'd get the world to watch yah :3
