SL Substitute Building Programs
Does anyone know of a program I could test my textures on before I upload them into SL? I know I can preview what they will look like as shirts, pants, skirts, etc. before I upload them, but I can't edit them in SL. If anyone knows of such a program, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'll even draw whatever you want if you can show me a program that I can use to make sculpted prim textures.

You know how to make UV images, cuz thats what ya have to do in order to make the prime piece form into the object you made in the 3d program o.o

OP
I need a program where I can edit a texture in something similar to Paint or Corel Painter, but also displays what the texture looks like on pants, or a skirt, or a shirt. In Second Life, the clothes aren't really 3-D, they're just 3-D surfaces that conform to an avatar's body. I make tattoos by making the design and placing an alpha mask over the white background. That way only the tat shows up. SL doesn't have a texture editor, but I can preview what a texture will look like on clothes. The only problem is, if it's not perfect, I have to log out and make a minor adjustment and then relog (and SL and Corel Painter take a long time to load, so each is time consuming on my low-memory computer.)
