i have two rooms available for rent, i live in a 3 story house, i live on 3rd story, and have two rooms up for bids on the second full kitchen bathroom fenced in yard, located near downtown, close highway access, already have washer and dryer in basement, 1 room is already furnished with a bed, tv, and we do have Internet.

rent is 300 a mo for the first mo then 250 for every following month, looking to fill rooms asap, 1 person/1room type deal but will work with couples, we are pet friendly for indoor trained pets, otherwise we do have a fully fenced in yard

there are no utilities i will pay Internet at my expense so long as you provide a wireless router*i currently do not have one*
