Why is every character barefoot? I love that quality, but I'm curious.

In 1997 there was a terrible war. An army of Crocs spread across the land in the attempt to wipe all string-tie shoes off the face of the earth. They hated strings with a passion, since the Crocs were a lacist sect of powerful and disgusting creatures. There was nothing the European shoe market could do to halt the advance of the Croczi army, and soon, almost all shoe-kind was wiped out. With both Italian loafers and the Geta also entering the war, hope was fading fast.

But there was one, sole glitter of hope in the west, a powerful country of Reeboks were waiting to see how the war progressed, but did not yet enter the war due to concerns from the local population. It was until the Geta bombing of Nike Harbor that the Reeboks finally entered the war alongside the British Knights, yet months of shoe-based brutality followed. Thousands of shoes were slain until the war came to an end, leaving much of the shoe population annihilated.

Are you going to make a "cover page" for part two that shows the characters in colour? And if not, is that one gift pic you got accurate for Terra and Gayle?

I was thinking about this. Instead of cover pages though, I'm just doing panels that tell when it's the next part. You'll see in the next page.

And yeah, that pic I got was accurate to their color schemes.

Are all of the monsters unable to digest other characters? Because Gayle and Terra always seem to not be so scared that they're being eaten or absorbed or sucked up by a monster. Not that I mind of course. Staying alive during a vorish situation is the most fun :3

A little question about names. Gayle's name references wind and air (as Kaz said, it's such a fitting name!), and Terra's name means 'earth'. Since air and earth are considered opposites, was this naming intentional?
Also, how'd you come up with the name 'Zephy'? (I forgot how it's spelt FFFF-) I really like that name :3

Oh yeah, naming was 100% intentional. I'm not too good at coming up with original names, so I just jump off of puns or appropriate names. The creature "Zeppy" is short for "zeppelin" since Zeppy is like a giant floating blimp.
