Lol no problem, I'ma curious person myself :p There's a hinge hidden under the cheeks and a spring that connects the top jaw to the bottom. The wearer presses down on the jaw with their chin onto a plate, and moves the head's jaw as well :) It's a very smooth movement :) Thanks for your question! And I'm very glad you like it!

so in effect if u were to over exaggerate your speech, you could actually give the illusion that the fursuit was speaking? thats cool!!!

mmhmm :) exactly, I like to make the heads so that you don't even have to over exaggerate your speech :) Normal talking, gives the same effect as well :)

lol you are very welcome ^^ And the commissioner's head is a bit bigger than my own, so I had to pack some foam into it in order for it to fit me nicely, but it will fit him very well :)
