I've noticed DA doesn't seem to be the best place for furries, they don't seem very open to it.

Well, the site used to be much more open and friendly toward people. The admin base now has a high level of apathy toward users who aren't paying for premium services. I witnessed some furry artists get their artwork ripped off and they refused to respond or comply with notices of infringement (while others have had their artwork maliciously removed by people abusing fake copyright claims). I've seen harassment reports go ignored. Aside from those glaring issues that caused my trust to be lost, I don't like the way they throw their advertisements in my face or try to make me sign up for premium services I have zero interest in. It's gone from a community-friendly site into some corporate-ized greedy infrastructure hell-bent on their bottom line over anything else. To me, FA is the opposite of that for the most part. They're about the community and will listen to the community when it speaks. It may not be as "active", but there's a lot of love and effort put into everything. It's more like a large family than a big, ugly forum.

Ah,I see. Well, I do agree FA is more open, you can post a wide variety of many different things and people won't look down on you for it, but I guess my experience with DA is different? DA to me feels like a family already and I've only been there for a month or so and I've been doing pretty well there...here, not so much XD;; that's just me though.

I'd ask that you at least consider posting in two places. I really do love your work, but I am biased being a huge TMNT fan anyway. ^^

Perhaps in the future, lol. I guess I just felt quite lonely here too.
