I had a diagnose about a slight inflation on the lower part of my belly and went to check with the doctor, it turned out that it was a tumor. After my operation, what I heard made me burst into tears. I can't bare a child anymore, my womb had been severly ruptured and weeken, and the doctors removed my ovaries too. I was so depressed, that I did something I regret, I told my boyfriend to leave me for another. He was about to cry before I shut the door on his face, no more alcohol for me...

If I might babble in ways people might find uncomfortable.. you know, in the future it may be possible for you to get that ability back. They're making huuuuge strides in reconstructive and repairative science. Stem cells and tissue grafts and even reprogramming the body to make new organs, themselves.
It's entirely possible that in your future, 15-20 years from now, there'll be the longevity and regenerative science and procedures available to grow you a new set of ovaries and replace your womb. Not with somebody elses, but your own. And you won't be too old to enjoy it, because.. well, heh, regenerative/rejuvenation science.
If nothing else, at least you got a son before this tragedy!
Science is quite advance, and perhaps they will find ways to help people with the same conditions. Thouth it might be a while until they produce a permanent cure.
Regeneration, well I'll just say good luck with it to those scientist.
Well anyhow, I will get more time.
