Soooooooo, Anime North was awesome as always this year! (rain stopped me from costuming as much as I would've liked but got a full day on Saturday to be in suit)
Talked with
a bit and saw his cute suit which was fun :3 Go check him out!
Entered the masquerade as always in the Journeyman division with Buizel, Kecleon and Magikarp. The Anime North Masquerade is now an International level masquerade, so I wasn't going to get too hopeful about an award this time around.
BUT! and I still can't quite wrap my head around this but, we won BEST IN SHOW; that means we not only beat out everyone in journeyman but everyone in the entire show, including all the amazing, absolutely stunning costsumes. I still can't believe it... We also walked away with another award which was Judges Choice Workmanship: Wildlife Appreciation.
SO :D That means to date my costumes have won: (All of which are on an International Level)
